We worked with award-winning, independent bakery, Tasty Buns to create a customer journey video explaining what expect when returning to the shop after the Coronavirus lockdown.
We sat down with the team and worked out what they see as the ideal customer experience through the shop whilst adhering to the new guidelines. We then worked out a narrative and shot list which we filmed following social distancing.
In the editing room we added some kinetic type to highlight the main points and to improve accessibility. We also added some motion graphic flairs to add some more personality.
For sharing, we provided Tasty Buns a few different formats and cuts to suit the different time and size constraints of different platforms – the end product was shared on Instagram, Facebook and IGTV.
